About Cruzen HR

Cruzen HR is attendance, payroll and HR software for Indian businesses. Staff punch in from their own phone with a selfie and GPS; the day is scored by the employer's own rules; salary, PF, ESI and TDS follow from that attendance without anyone re-typing it into a spreadsheet.

Cruzen HR is built and run by Cruzen Digital Private Limited, based in Delhi, India. We run our own company on it, which is the main reason it works the way it does: every rule in the product exists because we needed it ourselves on a real payroll day.

• Every number must be explainable. Each payslip shows the full working, so "why is my salary this?" has an answer.
• No lock-in. Prepaid plans, no contract, your data exportable at any time.
• Honest software. If something cannot be done, we say so instead of hiding it behind a tick box.
