Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Cruzen Digital Private Limited ("we", "us"), which runs Cruzen HR, and the company that signs up to use it ("you"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the service, you accept them.

Cruzen HR is software your company uses to record staff attendance, manage leave and shifts, calculate salary, and run related HR work. We provide the software. You decide how to use it and you remain the employer of your own staff.

You are responsible for who you give admin access to and for what they do. Sign-in uses your mobile number, a code sent on WhatsApp and an MPIN you choose — keep them to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.

New companies get 14 days free with every feature switched on, up to 25 staff. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends you can buy a plan; if you don't, your account goes read-only — see "If you stop paying".

Plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months and are shown on our pricing page. Prices exclude GST, which is added at 18%. You get a tax invoice as soon as a payment succeeds. Payments are taken by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

A plan covers a number of staff. Adding more staff mid-period costs the difference for the days remaining. Nothing renews automatically — we remind you and you choose to pay again.

When a paid period or trial ends we allow 7 more days during which everything keeps working. After that, the admin dashboard becomes read-only and staff cannot punch, but nothing is deleted — paying again restores access immediately. If an account stays unpaid for 90 days we may delete the data after warning you by email.

The staff information, attendance and salary data you put into Cruzen HR belongs to you. We process it to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.

Do not use Cruzen HR to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attack or probe our systems, or to resell the service as your own without a written agreement with us.

We work to keep the service running at all times but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Planned maintenance is done at quiet hours wherever possible.

Cruzen HR calculates salary, statutory deductions and filings from the rules and data you enter. You remain responsible for checking them and for complying with employment and tax law. We are not your accountant or legal adviser.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data, to the extent the law allows.

You can stop using the service at any time by not renewing; there is no lock-in and no exit fee. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, is used unlawfully, or has not paid, after telling you why.

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

Indian law applies, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
